What payment methods do you accept?

The only payment method currently accepted is DEBIT or CREDIT. E-Checks, direct payment, and wire transfers are not accepted at this time.

How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?

Options to manage your SBT subscription are all located on the subscriptions tab in your account. You can end your subscription by selecting to become a free subscriber and clicking "Submit Request." You can upgrade or downgrade from your current package to a new package by selecting the subscription you want and clicking "Submit Request." If the selected package costs more than your current package, you will have to pay the difference. Upgrade cost is a one-time charge and your subscription will cost the new amount, billed at the same time. If you request to downgrade your subscription, you will have to re-enter your billing information to create the subscription since we do not store that data on our system. Your account will maintain the features of your current subscription and drop to the downgraded package once the time you paid for has expired (this is the same if you had dropped down to the free package).

How do I cancel my subscription?

All Subscription accounts are billed on a 30 calendar day basis. Should you wish to cancel your account, your recurring credit/debit card billing will stop immediately, but your account access and services will continue through the last day of your 30 day cycle. The last day of your 30 day cycle is identified in the Edit Profile page in your My Account Directory.

To cancel your subscription, select the Subscription Inactive button in the Subscription Status section of your Edit Profile page. If any issues arise, feel free to utilize the form on our Contact Us page.....

How do I get a refund?

The only instance where SBT will issue a refund is if you were billed when you should not have been (e.g., you cancelled your subscription was billed anyway). Refunds will not be issued simply for a cancelled transaction. Because of this, you will retain the features and functionality you paid for until the term ends, and then the subscription will expire. If you were erroneously charged after your subscription should have ended, Contact Us immediately and we will quickly remedy the issue.

NOTE: The MAS analyses and sports information provided by SportsBetTech.com is extremely valuable, and depending on the game date, there can be over 100+ processed games available (e.g., last Saturday in November: NCAA-Football - 60+ games; NCAA-Basketball - 25+ games; NBA - 5 games; NHL - 10 games). Furthermore, Subscribers are given the opportunity to analyze all of SportsBetTech.com's results prior to subscribing. Consequently, once a credit card has been processed, NO REFUNDS will be given.....
